Low Oblique are usually taken from 1000-4000 feet above ground level (AGL
High Oblique are taken at 4000-10,000 feet above ground level. (AGL)

| Oblique
Aerial Photographs are shot at an angle to encompass
the horizon and surrounding area of the site. This view is
very useful in showing the building site relationship to
the surrounding vicinity. This birds eye view allows
visual reference to surrounding properties, roadways,
shopping centers, and other main areas of interest
pertaining to the site. Obliques are identified two ways.
'High or Low' obliques. |

| Vertical
Aerial Photography. We can shoot a near vertical
image where the aerial views are shot over the top of the
site rather from an oblique angle. We do not have a port
in our plane at this time therefore the verticals are done
by putting the plane in a steep bank. These overhead views
are useful in designing layouts of large land development
projects. These are especially useful in preliminary
presentations for potential clients. |
